How is this different from traditional school photography?

My mission is to capture beautiful and authentic portraits by creating a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere for your children in which they can just be themselves. I never force smiles, awkward poses, and artificial expressions, opting instead for genuine moments captured on the day. The resulting portraits are timeless and sincere- a departure from the conventional, cliché images characterized by harsh flashes and distracting backgrounds. My approach is both personal and professional. Unlike larger, corporate photography enterprises, I deliberately limit our clientele to a select few schools. This enables me to offer unparalleled customer service and produce artistic imagery without compromising on professionalism, quality, or efficiency. I prioritize a personalized, enriching experience for both schools and families.

How will ordering work?

My school photography service operates exclusively online, connecting families through secure, password-protected galleries for ordering. The galleries are organized by grade, classroom, homeroom, advisory, or any other relevant grouping for the school community. Each child receives 5 images in both color and black and white, allowing families to select the photos they prefer for printing rather than having the image chosen for them. Additionally, specialty products are available like canvas gallery wraps and digital images for future printing and archiving. A comprehensive PDF outlining the ordering process and preparations for photo day is supplied to each school for distribution to families in advance. Print orders are placed online and delivered directly to the school within four weeks of picture day.

Additional Information for Schools

I supply all necessary equipment and personnel for the photo day. I can capture staff and class photos as needed based on the school's preferences, and this service is complimentary. I am always open to collaborate with schools to offer tailored services that meet their specific needs. I furnish the school with high-resolution digital files for use in yearbooks, on the website, in school advertising, for school IDs, or any other purpose the school sees fit. We handle all inquiries from parents and families regarding ordering and products.

Pricing

My pricing is competitive with large-scale school photography companies. All profit is made from orders placed after picture day, and I donate a percentage of proceeds back to each school. I offer a variety of options including a la cart products, print packages, and digital file downloads to fit every family’s needs.
